• Provides technical surgical assistance to surgeons and Operating Room staff.• Facilitates safe and effective performance of invasive surgical procedures. • Ensures Operating Room environment is safe, equipment functions properly and that operative procedure is conducted under conditions that maximize the patient’s safety.• Develops and maintains a safe and sterile surgical field. • Sets up surgical instruments and equipment. • Functions as sterile member of the surgical team. • Assists surgeon during routine and complex procedures. • Anticipates needs of the surgeon. • Provides sterile items in an efficient manner. • Provides support for maintaining retractor position, tissue manipulation and suture removal. • Assists surgical nurse and anesthesia staff. • Monitors patient for potentially dangerous physical changes. • Recognizes abnormal findings and immediately notifies physician. • Performs patient preps for surgery.• Cleans and sterilizes equipment and work space.• Recognizes equipment malfunctions and readjusts equipment or refers for repair. • Trains and cross-trains other clinical staff as required. • Transports patient as needed.

Responsible for building, implementing, monitoring, and supporting network infrastructure and data systems from ground zero. I also authored stand-alone C# programs to create, manipulate, and integrate data for the trading platform. Agora-X is an electronic communications network (ECN) for over-the-counter (OTC) commodity contracts designed to help eligible institutional participants achieve strategic advantage in the rapidly growing OTC commodities market. Agora-X focuses on OTC option “look alikes” in specific energy and agricultural commodities as well as all commodity swaps.

Administration of Sites and Systems - Daily work includes support for 6 manufacturing plants, 13 service centers, and 2 distribution centers impacting over 1500 employees in USA, Canada, and Mexico. Also provide support for Haldex globally in 20 European sites, 4 Asian sites, and 18 other international sites. Responsible for: Maintaining over 100 servers in North America – 80 local,20 remote Supporting up to 90+ servers in Europe and Asiao Servers include Windows2000 and 2003
