Wilmslow's local cricket club, established in 1946 at Rectory Field in the heart of Cheshire's leafy countryside & the Golden Triangle. With over 75 senior members and a brand new cricket academy for juniors, Wilmslow CC is one of the region's fastest-growing clubs.My role includes developing and growing a core branding for the team, which included launching an updated brand including a new logo, font, and colour scheme. This was then implemented on the club digital media outlets, which sees me monitoring & creating content for the clubs' social media & website; which in turn, has led to the club having one of the best reputations for digital media in the country, as recognized by the England & Wales Cricket Board in 2019. More recently, I have also been tasked with writing all PR, articles, and match reports for the club & distributing them to numerous media agencies, both locally and nationally. I have also been tasked with organizing numerous events and planning the 75th-anniversary celebrations for the club in 2021.

Head-hunted for the role, I was tasked with building consistent branding & marketing for the various brands under the Hilliard Group banner. This ranged from local sandwich shops, to alcohol delivery services and even bespoke furniture.As part of my role, I am tasked with brand creation, graphic & video design along with social media management. Occasionally, I am also required to launch WordPress websites and eCommerce stores. Additionally, I also help promote each of the businesses via the sponsorship deals which have been established with local sports teams.

After being head hunted for this role, I was tasked with growing and developing the brand and image of UK Debt Help and its various trading names throughout the UK. This included building sponsorship deals with elite, semi-pro, and junior sports teams around the country, and ensuring that our brand was being seen thanks to these opportunities.Further to this, I was tasked with graphic & video design work, copywriting and content creation for the various social media and websites that the company had.Finally, I was also tasked with developing an apprenticeship program, to help grow the UK Debt Help marketing team with staff who were trainined from the ground up with our social media and marketing plan at their core.

Head-hunted for the role, I was brought into the company to help streamline and grow the social & digital media presence of Europe’s number one supplier for ice sports. The role ran alongside my position with the Manchester Storm IHC, as the team was owned by Planet Ice.The role saw me take over all of the social media of Planet Ice's 18 facilities located across the United Kingdom, promoting their figure skating, ice hockey and public skating sessions. I was also tasked with helping to devlop the social media for the 5 other Ice Hockey teams that were owned by Planet Ice.In the first 12 months, I grew digital media presence of each rink or team by 4,500% at a minimum. Additionally, I helped oversee company wide themed events, with hugely positive results.Following the successful first 12 months, I was required to re-designed the website, branding, and digital media for the 18 rinks. This also included a complete overhaul of the company eShot mailing list, which was being sent on average to 750,000 induviduals every month. Naturally, after the launch of the new branding, I was tasked with overseeing the development and launch of a Planet Ice app for both iOS and Android devices.

My Role:I played a pivotal role in establishing and growing the North West of England's only professional ice hockey team's core branding, including launching an updated brand identity in 2018. I was responsible for managing the club’s social media accounts, which gained recognition among EIHL fans as some of the best digital media in the league.Key Responsibilities & Achievements:Brand Development: Led the design of award-winning team jerseys & logos for three consecutive seasons.Copywriting: Authored all PR content, articles, and match reports, ensuring distribution to major media outlets.Graphic Design: Solely responsible for designing digital and print materials, aligning with the team’s branding.VIP Coordination: Arranged high-profile visits from international footballers and music artists.Event Management: Organized fan socials, themed game nights, and community-driven events.Community Engagement: Developed and managed a Community Programme to educate children on wellness, healthy eating, and respect. Collaborated with charities and youth groups to create meaningful partnerships and media coverage.Business Development: Supported the Sales Manager by creating unique sponsorship opportunities, such as 'kids club' and community-focused deals.Throughout my time with the team, who play at the 2,500-seat Planet Ice Altrincham arena, I contributed to its reputation as a respected and community-driven sports organisation, while enhancing its appeal to fans and sponsors alike.

Short term contract to help with the marketing for a specialised shipping company with offices across Europe, shipping primarily to Africa and the Middle East. Upon starting the role, I was responsible for all social media & marketing for the company’s eight European offices. Following extensive feedback from customers, I then re-designed the company website, built a branding guide for social media, printed flyers and promotional videos. Additionally, I was occasionally tasked with assisting with the monthly transport operations. This could include picking shipments up, and preparing items for shipping.

Initially employed to help run the brand new Francs Bistro located within Hogans of Hale, my tasks were lated expanded to include leading shifts, run the various social media channels for their multiple outlets and to design a website for the companies various outlets.

Employed on a short term basis, to help set up and run the brand new Visitor Centre located within the main Robinsons Brewery in Stockport, Cheshire.My roles included tasks such as planning and leading all tours around the brewery, managing the onsite brewery gastro-pub and to set up and run conferences using the visitor centres facilities.Additionally, I also helped cover the reception desk when needed and was responsible for designing and launching the Visitor Centres online shop.

Initially a part-time role, this job became full time once I finished my studies. Working 5 days a week, my responsibilities for the pub included creating and managing the pub's social media marketing, planning and running all events and special promotions, training all new bar staff up to the required standards, weekly ordering and dealing with HR.Successfully delivered improved profitability, through increased turnover (event management, online promotions, improved service levels) and effective cost management (supplier negotiation, improved staff management). The establishment closed due to end of property rental contract.

Short term, part-time role, whilst studying at the University of Arts London. Tasked with event organisation and social media marketing, along with regular bar shifts. Left the role due to increased workload at university, along with beginning my university organised work placement.

Yearly short term contract, I was responsible for the daily care of 200 international students attending the annual week-long conference in various locations such as Luxembourg, Dusseldorf and Geneva. My role included pre-arrival planning, accommodation preparation and management, facilitating transport between venues and organising evening entertainment for students and teachers.

This part-time role included supporting the admissions department with creating content - both copy and graphics, to help with the various recruitment campaigns the university ran.Additionally, I was tasked as a university tour guide, to help show prospective students around the campus, giving them a student athletes (Ice hockey) perspective of studying at Canada's only private university.

My role was to provide cleaning services at the high-security luxury watch production centre of Patek Philippe in Plan-Les-Ouates in Geneva, Switzerland. After only two weeks working with ONET, I was promoted to team leader, and managed a team of 20 cleaners in the most restricted of areas including the highly classified 'Research & Development' sector.
