As CEO at Switch, I’m focused on leading, operating and growing the business. In between balancing the company P&L and planning growth, I work to hone Switch’s agile approach and reporting mechanisms and collaborate with customers on their transformation and modernisation projects.For many organisations, digital transformation can be daunting. Throughout my 20 years’ experience in digital technology, I’ve become increasing passionate about finding new ways to streamline and speed-up the transformation journey, refining Switch’s agile approach and reporting mechanisms to build customer relationships based on trust and transparency. In 2005, I was made the MD of Switch, and have since built the company into a strong team of 40 passionate digital natives, working with organisations such as Coates Hire, Australian Catholic Super, HIA, Frasers Property, Accor Hotels and Yamaha. We’ve strived to form a strategic partnership with Sitecore and, over the years, Switch has won 10 Sitecore Experience Awards, as well being awarded ‘Sitecore Platinum Implementation Partner’ status and having multiple staff members recognised as Sitecore MVPs (most valuable professionals).More recently, I launched Mattaki, an automotive platform for dealership websites, which has since seen adoption across a broad range of manufacturers including FCA, Honda, Toyota, Subaru and Ford.
