 Build, Design and rollout XenApp 1912 LTSR environments on prem and Citrix Cloud for multiple clients with environments over 1000 users. Most Senior Consultant at ITW in regards to all Netscaler deployments, including large scale VPX, MPX, and SDX deployments with setup and configuration of all platinum level features. Netscaler responsibilities include Netscaler Unified Gateway/VPN, GSLB, Content Switching, WAF, Netscaler MAS, Rewrites, responder policies. Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop responsibilities include XenApp/XenDesktop 7.15 LTSR standardization, Multi site VDI deployments, standardization on GPO’s and optimizations for VDI, PVS and MCS image creation/streaming, App layering, UPS, AppSense, UPM. Other skills include Hyper-V management, VMWare management, RDS, Microsoft technologies such as SQL always On, Exchange, Microsoft Windows Server 2016 and O365. Networking skills include; understanding of all layers in OSI model, core switching and routing, LACP, VLAN’s, VPN, Subnetting, firewall’s such as Palo Alto and Cisco ASA. Conduct assessments, training sessions, and presentations. Create and deliver build documents, design schematics, flow diagrams. Create Statements of Work Escalation point for Managed Services. Build and implement MFA, SSO, IDAAS with Okta or Azure, including integration with Netscaler, Citrix FAS, and ADFS. Create and implement standards for Onboarding, Managed services, and deployments.

 Senior Citrix Administrator for Citrix Xenapp farm using Xenserver 6 supporting over two hundred applications and fifteen hundred users. Utilized Citrix EdgeSight suite extensively.  Maintain and support Netscaler MPX 7500 HA pair for; load balancing, Netscaler gateway, AAA authentication, content switching, HTTP and TCP profiles, Web application firewall, SSL offloading, Appflow logging, Caching, and optimization.  Regularly support and maintain Exchange 2010 mail servers. Administration of IBM DS5020 SAN and fibre channel switches.  Independently installing & programming network devices and related equipment including firewalls i.e. Palo Alto and Sonic Wall firewall.  Conducted and administered VMWare upgrade from version 3 to version 5 for over 100 Virtual servers. Support Blackberry Enterprise server and Good. Upgraded windows 2003 file server to Netapp filer IBM N6210. Responsible for all backups and restores using Backup Exec 2010 R3 and IBM TS3310 Tape Library. Ensure Symantec Endpoint Protection was current and up to date for all servers, workstations, and laptops.

 Managed Presentation Server 4 for over 100 applications including delivery of Remedy for tech support technicians in call center of over 1000 users. Managed Netscaler MPX for load balancing, Presentation server gateway, content switching, traffic policies, HTTP and TCP profiles, and AAA authentication. Administered 625 workstations using LanDesk – including antivirus, security, permissions, and desktop support. Administered 6 servers and network infrastructure including switches, VLans, routers and troubleshooting any issues with the network. Integrated all 625 workstations and 6 servers to the new North American domain for the company from a smaller domain called buffalo. Integrated Windows XP onto all workstations as the old image was windows 2000 and did not update correctly. Setup and installed 3 new Dell Poweredge 2850’s and 2950’s with windows 2003 server Managed migration of over 1,000 users from Buffalo to the North American domain using the active directory migration tool.On call 24/7 to support any issues with the network infrastructure.
