Circa Systems develops circular point of sale platforms and two-way logistics systems to usher in a revolutionized retail experience for those seeking an alternative to the current take, make and trash model – a company promising to meet our product needs in a way that is better for people, planet and profit.As part of the executive leadership team as Chief Product Officer, I oversee the development of Circa platforms to create great products that drive the shift to circular operations in retail while building community among customers. I also work with our founder on overall strategy, operations, marketing and other as-needed initiatives.

Founded in April 2021 in response to supply chain, waste, and resource management flaws exposed by the COVID-19 pandemic, Circular Philadelphia brings together experts, investment, and cutting-edge research to generate the policy and market conditions necessary for the circular economy to thrive.As Director of Programs and Operations, I manage our day-to-day operational activities and oversee the administration of our programs. Along with the rest of Circular Philadelphia's leadership team, I also set strategy for the organization and support communications efforts.

iSpring is a women-owned sustainability consultancy that helps industrial, institutional and municipal clients implement sustainable systems and operations, improve their sustainability performance through analytics and metrics, and engage with internal and external stakeholders through education and outreach. We work closely with organizations that are trying to understand, optimize and communicate the inter-connections among the way they use environmental resources, the people impacted by their operations and their long-term organizational value. Our operational work spans energy, water, waste/recycling, supply chain, transportation, and emissions-related issues. We employ techniques such as auditing and mapping to help clients gain a holistic view of their sustainability-related systems. Our metrics-based analytical work allows clients to track progress and improve their performance, and our education and outreach work helps clients better engage with stakeholders to communicate the work they're doing and generate buy-in.In addition to working with clients in Eastern Pennsylvania and New Jersey, I work with iSpring's other principal to develop overall direction for the company, engage in business development and seek out strategic partnerships and alliances.

As owner of Manfa Design, I provide creative direction, concept development, illustration and information design services for web- and print-based projects. Web projects span concept to completion, including UI/UX design, website architecture, site development and back-end programming. Print projects included brand identity, communications materials, infographics and reports.

I teach harp to all levels of undergraduate students at the collegiate level. I work with them on technique and repertoire development and provide performance opportunities by organizing recitals and studio classes.

Philly Music Lab is a musician-owned and operated organization that specializes in connecting high-quality, genre-bending musicians with new audiences, collaborators and great gigs. We help individuals and organizations find extraordinary entertainment for their events, and we support musicians through networking events, educational opportunities and public showcases. As Chief Creative Officer, I set creative direction for the company and execute marketing, branding and social media strategy, in addition to developing overall strategic vision for the company.

Sustainability and urban renewal/community revitalization focused contributing writer for publications such as GRID Magazine, Flying Kite, and Keystone Edge. Sustainability features include pieces on textile recycling and circularity (GRID, January 2022, cover story), Philadelphia's recycling crisis (GRID, January 2019, cover story), bike share (Flying Kite, March 2015), electric cars (GRID, February 2014, cover story), materials reuse organizations in Philly (GRID, October 2011) and Pennsylvania's electricity rate caps (GRID, August 2010, cover story). Urban renewal features include pieces on makerspaces throughout Pennsylvania (Keystone Edge, November 2016), the revitalization of the Allentown Waterfront (Keystone Edge, July 2015), and the resurgence of Fabric Row in Philadelphia (Flying Kite, July 2015).

I have been a freelance harpist and teacher in Philadelphia since 2001. Classically trained at hte Eastman School of Music, I have performed with numerous regional orchestras, as well as studio orchestras for such recording artists as McCoy Tyner, Olivia Newton-John and Connie Francis and popular touring shows like Video Games Live and A Salute to Vienna. In May 2008, I filled the role of parlor harpist at the historic Grand Hotel on Mackinac Island, Michigan, and I have also appeared playing my harp in the 2009 movie, Law Abiding Citizen.
