As a contractor with Fulcra, I work various IT roles at conventions and conferences across the country in set up, implementation, and leadership positions. I specialize in working with Audience Response Systems within a handful of platforms. I am frequently in a client-facing role interacting with clients and customers to ensure proper and accurate information transfer and execution throughout the duration of the event.

As a freelance audio engineer, I set up and maintain audio production equipment, run said equipment during the production or event, and then ensure that all equipment is safely turned off and any disassembly and storage is conducted. At the beginning of 2021, I transitioned from working full-time at a commercial film production company to working as a freelancer in the industry. As a freelance film industry professional, I use my knowledge, skills, and background of working in the film industry to work with the rest of the crew to produce a high quality, meaningful project. In my role as the Worship Technical Director, it was my responsibility to ensure all technical aspects of the Sunday morning service ran smoothly, as well as any special events. Each week I created the necessary on-screen materials to accompany the message being delivered. I set up all music and sound equipment each week and, during the service or event itself, I ran sound and ensured that everything looked and sounded great. I scheduled a team of volunteers and worked closely with the worship team contractors and volunteers to make sure they had everything they needed to succeed in their roles. I created and maintained graphics and logos for internal and external use. I set up and developed a system to live stream the service on Sunday morning and, once streamed, I edited and uploaded the video for access online.

As the Assistant Director at FUGO Studios, it was my responsibility to make sure that everything ran as smoothly and efficiently as possible when filming. While I was involved in the pre-production process, most of my work was accomplished during the actual production. On a film set, I ensured that everything stayed on schedule and that we completed all shots needed as quickly as possible. This included but is not limited to keeping the director on schedule, keeping track of talent and props, and assisting in grip work when necessary. When not filming, I maintained the company office by ensuring that it was always presentable and, on a weekly basis, I coordinated the collection and dispatch of goods and maintained a wide array of internal office inventory.

At Cardinal Gates, I was the company's first official sales representative. I successfully matched physical and online retailers with the best assortment of child and pet safety gates and products to meet their and their customers' needs through my business-to-business relationships. I maintained logs of communication in a sales CRM while working heavily in Microsoft Excel and Outlook. I traveled to and exhibited at industry trade shows around the nation, and I worked to increase sales and maintain relations with house accounts while also bringing in new accounts and working with them to grow business together. While sales was my main focus, I also worked on a variety of special company projects such as consolidating and organizing product information on the computer server, working on price and cost analysis of current and potential future products, and leading an inventory management project in which I wrote and implemented a barcode-scanning inventory tracker in Excel.

At Your Pie, I worked in a fast paced environment with much shifting of focus while making sure all aspects are running smoothly. I was responsible for completing tasks either with others or individually under self-management and self guidance. I was also responsible for interacting and engaging with customers, practicing safe food prep, and operating a cash register.

As the Youth Worship Director, I guided the student worship team from a music and performance standpoint. I was also responsible for operating sound equipment including but not limited to a soundboard, microphones, and outboard gear. As a College Shepherd, I motivated and encouraged students to continuously strive for excellence and helped the youth department with anything they need assistance with.

I had the amazing opportunity to work with the fantastic blues musician Tinsley Ellis as an audio engineer for one of a concert he performed in Athens, GA. I recorded, mixed, and delivered a recording of this concert to him. I took live audio feeds from the stage and used a mobile Pro Tools rig to record the concert at the venue. From the entire concert recording, I created an FCC-compliant and time-spliced down mix of the concert that was then played on the University of Georgia’s local NPR affiliate radio station.

As a Production Intern at Chase Park, I assisted the engineers in anything they need help with, including but not limited to placing microphones, running cables, making coffee, and providing any assistance I could to the talent. On top of that, I also helped maintain a cleanly and safe studio environment.

As a Marketing Intern at LiveSyphon, I was responsible for researching and finding contact information for bands playing in specific cities and inputting the information into spreadsheets for later use. As an Editing Assistant, It was my responsibility to sync audio and video clips in Sony Vegas and splice entire concert videos into individual songs. In both positions, I made sure to work efficiently and effectively while trying to keep costs and time to minimums.

As a Team Member at Great American Cookies, I was given responsibility of closing the store by myself on multiple occasions, which included cleaning, stocking for the next morning's shift, and preparing the bank deposit based on the amount of sales on that given day among other duties. I was also able to have the opportunity to successfully practice the selling technique of upselling while working with a diverse team to accomplish goals. Other responsibilities included but are not limited to interacting and engaging with customers and handling money while operating a cash register, along with other job-specific equipment such as an oven.

As a member of the summer custodial staff, I serviced, cleaned, and supplied restrooms, gathered and emptied trash receptacles, and followed procedures for the use of chemical cleaners. I, along with the other custodians on staff, monitored building security and safety and removed furniture from classrooms before stripping the old wax off of and re-waxing the floor. I also got experience in running and handled large cleaning equipment such as a floor scrubber and a wet vacuum.

At Cash Cars Auto Sales, I followed procedures for the safe use of chemical cleaners and cleaned and polished vehicle windows, interiors, and exteriors. I was responsible for driving vehicles to and from workshops all while providing customer service and aiding customers by detailing their vehicles in any way they specified. I scrubbed, scraped, and sprayed machine parts, equipment, and vehicles with specified chemicals.
