As the product owner I communicated with the customer, created requirements that both the customer and development team could agree on, and created Jira tasks for our team to guide their development. I also contributed to development and writing documentation both for the team and the customer. The application was created using the Ruby on Rails framework. We used Test Driven Development and CI/CD through GitHub Actions and Heroku. We used GitHub for version control.

I worked as a Team Lead and Technology Lead for my local Chick-fil-A. I helped lead a team which at one point had the #1 drive thru in the state of Tennessee. I gained experience in leading a team of diverse members to achieve efficiency and customer satisfaction. I was at one point the main trainer for our location and learned a variety of effective methods in bringing new members up to speed with our systems and procedures. I was the technical lead for our location and maintained the iPOS system for our order takers outside. I also gained many valuable techniques for customer-facing duties such as conflict resolution and customer retention.
