• Architected and consolidated William’s(iBeam) content streaming media network of satellite and terrestrial technologies, used by the top web broadcasters: MTVi, Launch.com, Sonic.net, ClearChannel Communications, MSNBC, MSN, KGO, and BBC – resulting in an annual network operating cost savings of 30 million.• Ensured the viability of our streaming media network infrastructure - including, but not limited to managing 11 network engineers with varying skill sets and experiences.• Managed overall network budget and leveraged vendor relationships to reduce technology deployment costs.• Contributed to the success of the company by simplifying the network infrastructure while improving network security, equating to a cost saving of 30 million dollars annually.• Developed and implemented operational standards and processes for issue resolution, technical documentation, and operational reports. • Guided the Network and IT departments during merger / acquisition with Williams Communication.

• Architected CyberSource ecommerce network infrastructure to support secure credit card processing and fraud detection used by leading etailers: Wal-Mart, Home Depot, Amazon.com, eBay, PayPal, Levi, and Nike.• Responsible for designing, securing, planning, implementing, traffic reporting, budgeting, vendor relationships, and 24x7 on-calls – essentially all aspects of a “startup” networking department.• Managed 2 network engineers while maintaining the day-to-day operation of the network at corporate and international location - covering 4 regional offices and 1 international office. • Managed corporate acquisition technical due diligence - conducting technical review and technical integration plan.• Managed and oversee security policies to secure multiple points of entry to various banks and credit card processing centers.

• Responsible for day-to-day operation of the following: network services, application support & help line, and telcomm services.• Responsible for a team of six information technology specialists tasked with designing, implementing, and maintaining the technology infrastructure needed to process thousands of disaster relief applications.• Worked with selected groups of civilian and military technical personnel to conduct relief and disaster recovery deployments. Responsibilities with these deployments were to establish data and voice communication between location of impact and Washington D.C.; Design and build the necessary technology infrastructure for inter-government agencies to conduct the relief effort. I participated in the Northridge Earthquake deployment in California and Hurricane Andrew deployment in Florida, St.Croix, St. Thomas, and San Juan, PR.
