ELISA assays were established to measure the effects of soluble epoxide hydrolase inhibitors (sEHi) on RMC transforming growth factor β (TGF-β) secretion and extracellular matrix protein production (i.e. laminin, collagen type IV and fibronectin) at high glucose concentrations.-Assisted with in vivo studies to support glucagon receptor antagonist program.-Performed glucose clamps to support priority diabetes projects.
