- Instruct Korean Language and Culture course to students in grade 9-12 through TRiO Upward Bound, a nation-wide program dedicated to promoting college and career readiness.- Develop and launch a World Language curriculum reflecting standards of communication, culture, and connection.- Utilize diverse teaching approaches, including small groups, one-on-one interventions, and multiple assessment methods to accommodate students’ needs and ensure academic success. Resulted in 100% of students passing the course.- Mentor 10 students throughout the course in regards to academics, college and career pathways, and navigating students' passions.

- Prepare and deliver 18 weeks of instructional lessons under the supervision and guidance of 2 Master Teachers and 1 Supervisor. Received high marks upon completion of the 18-week program. - Establish positive rapport with students and collaborate with teachers and parents to foster a collaborative learning environment.- Transition into Distance Learning due to COVID-19 pandemic, demonstrating mastery of utilization and implementation of online products such as Zoom, Google Classroom, Kami, etc. Classroom attendance and participation maintained a consistent 87% throughout pandemic virtual learning. - Ensure 100% adherence to federal and district-wide protocols for virtual learning.

- Develop and deliver workshops, training sessions, and other public relations activities to strengthen connections between Parent Community Relations Center and the community, and to increase awareness about Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other online resources to better track students’ progress. 70% increase in registration of LMS.- Coordinate with cross-functional teams in preparing workshops and events for parents to gain information in regards to topics such as social emotional health, healthy partnership with students, and college and career readiness. 90% of workshops reached max capacity attendance. - Lead projects designed to increase on-time enrollment for vulnerable student groups, including outreach to families and community organizations, development of training for families and staff, and partnerships with community organizations.- Problem-solve challenges raised by parents, school staff, and community members. Investigated such inquiries and recommended corrective responses, selectively escalating issues needed further management level review.- Facilitate district-wide meetings with other parent community relations directors.
