I am highly result oriented person with abilities of training teams to achieve the organization project goals and objectives, I am currently working as Part Time Researcher Supervisor with Forcier Consulting Company. I have three years of experience in teaching at the Upper Nile University and two years experience of project monitoring and evaluation with Charitable Empowerment Organization and Okay Africa Foundation respectively. I am comfortable in working in a team but also capable of performing individual duties. l have excellent knowledge and skills in proposal writing, project monitoring and evaluation, training of employees and administrative duties.
