Phoenix Resource Center, Inc. is a Carrollton based 501(c)3 nonprofit providing in-home counseling, parent education, supervised visitation and transportation primarily to children and families involved in the Division of Family and Children Services and the Department of Juvenile Justice. We believe every child deserves a hopeful future and access to mental health services. Our mission is to serve children and families by providing outcome focused, preventative and ethical therapeutic services, in an effort to stabilize the living environment through safety, permanency, and well-being.
