As COO, my focus is on providing those people with their own exceptional experiences as employees of HWS and making it easier to work with us on all levels. I believe a true strategy is simply how you allocate your limited resources, and over the course of my career, I have honed my skills to not just create but execute strategies to exemplary results through prioritization of not just production but also relationships.I started as a recruiter, moving up to manage an office, then a region, before ultimately growing into operational leadership. While at Maxim Healthcare Services, I pioneered a new line of business for flu shots and wellness services, and through meticulous data tracking and departmental alignment, we became the largest flu shot provider in the United States at that time. During my tenure at HWS, I’ve been a driving force behind our year-over-year production and growth, evolving client relationships to true partnerships, and launching the cutting edge HWS Go Mobile App for nurses. Throughout these accomplishments, building relationships, creating alignment, and fostering leadership by influence rather than title have been essential, and all of these have required collaboration and having good people in the right roles to get things done the right way.
