With over 28 years of experience in the telecommunications/broadband industry, I lead Product Management and Strategy at NRTC Managed Services, a leading provider of solutions and services for rural electric and telephone cooperatives. I hold an MBA and a Certificate of Decision Analytics from North Carolina State University, where I focused on business analytics, machine learning, and AI.In my current role, I partner with key stakeholders and provide leadership on strategic, enterprise-wide projects that help NRTC’s 1500-member base with service delivery and expansion. I leverage my skills and expertise in business development, strategic planning, marketing, and product innovation to identify and capitalize on market opportunities, trends, and customer needs. I also cultivate skills and talent in others and empower my team to deliver high-quality results and exceptional customer experiences.
