Led major client relationship development for one of three regions of Mellon's $1B+ HR consulting, outsourcing, and investor services business. Partnered with various Mellon service lines to propose and deliver integrated HR solutions. Opened and managed the Kansas City office for the iQuantic/Buck division, specializing in executive and broadbased compensation, benefits, and communications. Developed and marketed a SAAS-based pay and performance management system targeted at the small-to-medium sized company market.
