Working closely with the MD and our brand partners, I am responsible for developing and implementing the company's offline marketing strategy with the objective of driving sales through our 13 UK stores and website, as well as strengthening our brand position & awareness. This includes sales promotions, events, product marketing and customer retention activities both nationally and locally.

I was responsible for the day-to-day running of the digital marketing team and built sound and trusted relationships with marketing clients. As the driving force behind the team, I managed all marketing client accounts and oversaw the planning and execution of their digital marketing strategies, including SEO, Link Building, Google Adwords, Social Media and Email Marketing, to ensure that we produced the highest standards of work at all times. My other responsibilities included researching and producing business proposals for existing and prospective clients and the implementation of the marketing and PR strategy for Chapter Eight.

I was responsible for implementing and delivering the marketing, PR and communication strategies, including identifying aims and objectives, key messages and target audiences and planned media and marketing campaigns. I managed advertising campaigns, email marketing strategies, social media accounts, the production of company literature and collateral and the airport website and intranet. I organised numerous events in the form of press trips (both in the UK and overseas), press conferences, launch events, outdoor promotional events and large training events for the travel trade. Along with this, I represented the company at trade fairs, consumer events, business networking events, focus groups and trade association meetings.As the press contact for the airport, I was responsible for managing interviews, quotes and editorial requests from the media and worked very closely with all airport departments, including Managers, Directors and the Chief Executive to satisfy the specifications of each request. I was also responsible for escorting film crews, photographers and journalists on-site during major incidents and events.
