To Manage and setup the RMA Department (Advanced and Mass production) for reprocess the customer return goods. ~ Develop, prepare, implement and maintain Process flow chart, Work instruction, SOP, and Daily checklist.~ Establish the process flow and manpower arrangement in order to complete process the RMA goods.~ To calculate the costing of rework, testing and material for management team to review with customer and claim to customer. ~ Prepare weekly/monthly/Quarterly report to customer for weekly meeting/review. ~ Support customer for evaluation on component or testing.~ Liaise with China Suzhou support team to provide report and RMA to customer.• To Manage and setup the Rework Department to do rework across all visual defect PCBAs. ~ To provide training on inspection and rework skills for all type of component, IC, Connector and BGA rework to rework operators. ~ Setup and buyoff all rework equipment, hot air rework tools (leister heat gun and Finetech BGa rework), soldering station, etc.• To Manage and setup the Diagnose Department to do diagnostic on the line fallout. ~ To provide diagnostics skill training to Diagnose technicians and operators to repair ICT & FCT failure with support of schematics diagram, test program, diagnostic station and use equipment ( Multimeter & Oscilloscope). ~ Work together with Quality Department, Test Maintenance Department, Engineering Department and Manufacturing Department to provide high quality and high output product. ~ To liaise with supplier and customer for RTV arrangement for cost saving and quality product.

Manage a team of multinational operators and technician.• Support Suzhou Beyonics to setup RMA operation for customer’s Suzhou Seagate in July 2011. • Manage the RMA Department (Advanced and Mass production) for reprocess the customer return goods.~ Work closely with customer and in-house for improvement project to reduce the RMA return.~ Establish the process flow and manpower arrangement in order to complete process the RMA goods within the committed date.~ To calculate the costing of rework, testing and material for management team to review with customer and claim to customer.~ Support customer for evaluation on component or testing.~ Prepare weekly/monthly/Quarterly report to customer for weekly meeting/review.~ Prepare report for rework cost or material cost to Finance to process claim to customer.• Manage the Rework Department to do repair across all visual defect PCBAs.~ To provide training on inspection and rework skills for all type of component, IC, Connector and BGA rework to rework operators.• Manage the Diagnose Department to do diagnostic at the line fallout.~ To provide diagnostics skill training to Diagnose technicians and operators for ICT & FCT failure with refer to schematics diagram, test program and use equipment.~ Provide guideline and support to solve the daily issue.~ Work together with Quality Department, Test Maintenance Department and Manufacturing Department to provide high quality and high output product.~ Work together with SQE, QA, supplier and customer for corrective action on any abnormal fallout due to component’s functional or mechanical.~ Responsible for establishing metrics to monitor the performance of the department.• Manage box build and assembly on the Programmable product.~ To test and repair all the Programmable product till complete set packing (box build).~ To handle RMA for the Programmable product, provide finding to customer for further disposition.
