- Coordinate and follow-up action required from regular meetings of operation and duties- Provide support to the managers of operation function as business needed- Support and manage all meetings and conference call required for operation such as agendas, securing necessary IT/meeting equipment, initializing presentations, catering, room reservations, and attendees updates- Maintain, update and communicate information within scopes predominately foroperation departments

- Gives training to every new coming production employee before enter workshop to work. - Weekly data collection of employee technical skills on handling machines- Weekly, monthly, yearly training plan to improve employee technical skills and soft skills- Involves in interview of new operators- Helps in translation job in meetings and translating documents- Conduct skill competition, monthly forum event and employee birthday celebration
