Operations Planning and Execution:• Responsible for operations across UAE to ensure well-organized business development, implement focused business strategies to generate market traction and communicate with internal departments to streamline operations.• Prepare annual business plan, including strategies and action plans to achieve targeted revenue, profitability plan and business growth; expand market reach by identifying new markets and leveraging existing brand name to acquire customers.• Develop and monitor annual budget for the new school bus fleet sales department to forecast controllable expenses and to ensure that the expenses are controlled within budget.Sales and Business Development: • Visit clients with concerned account executives to understand requirements, respond to their request for proposals and make presentations on proposals; develop excellent client relations through extensive interaction and excellent customer service.• Review actual sales performance and direct the accounts executives to implement business strategies and actions plans in a time bound manner to achieve target growth.• Support customer relationship activities in the organization to continue, develop and sustain long term business relationship with existing and new customers.• Keep abreast of latest developments on federal, state and local regulations affecting new school bus business to understand and ensure compliance with the same. Business Performance Monitoring: • Report to senior management with actual performance status and variances with the plan to discuss remedial action plans to achieve target growth.• Conduct review meetings with the managers of new school bus fleet sales department to monitor and achieve planned targets. • Review status of receivables periodically to follow up payments with the customers and ensure that the receivable are managed within approved credit limits.
