I work towards my goals and stay motivated to achieve them.I am ITIL v4 certified professional working in a telecommunications sector, following Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) and fix the issues by considering this factor. Along with fixing the issues, I also work towards improvements in the process by interacting with different teams and trying to find the route cause, its solution. I also worked on User Acceptance Testing (UAT) while software migration and help the team with testing and other tasks.I strongly believe that teamwork can bring wonders and helping each other will bring the best outcome.
