As a UX Designer at EQRUT, I drive the design and development of our innovative products through extensive user research, crafting intuitive interfaces for applications and dashboards, and ensuring seamless user experiences. My role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to create user-centric features, developing information architecture, and designing detailed flow cases and use cases. By leveraging tools like Sketch, Figma, I produce prototypes and conduct usability tests to refine our products continuously. As the Minister of Communications and Information at the Student Executive Board of ITENAS, I have had the opportunity to immerse myself in the intricacies of organizational management and hone my leadership skills. Through this role, I have learned valuable lessons on building and sustaining an effective organization, as well as nurturing my capabilities as a leader.

During my time in the HMIF ITENAS organization as a member of the academic division, I have experienced significant growth. Here, I have learned many new things that have enriched my skills. From critical thinking in problem solving, improved public speaking skills, developing teaching skills, better time management, to the ability to adapt to various situations. This experience has helped me grow and develop personally and professionally.

When I was still a staff member of the General Election Commission at HMIF Itenas, I experienced a lot of new learnings that helped me in managing the organization better. I also managed to improve the organization's insights and hone my soft skills through that experience.

During my internship at BISA AI, I learned a lot of new things, especially in becoming a front end developer learning React JS and git. Besides that, I also gained knowledge about UI UX which makes me more interested and focused on this field in the future.
