I am an Information and Communications Technology student at the Singapore Institute of Technology.In the first year of my diploma studies, I applied for the SingTel Cybersecurity Cadet Scholarship and was put through various rounds of selection process before I was awarded the scholarship. This awarded me with the opportunity to study and push my academics even further, as well as build soft skills and network with other scholars. During my internship with SingTel, I was put under one of their branches to research on Programmable Logic Controllers, such as Siemens and the Schneider Electric PLCs, and discover vulnerabilities within the device, its protocols used and processes.
