Discuss with Quarry Engineer and Shot firer to do Blast Planning weekly.

I have done my Final Year Project in Universiti Sains Malaysia soon to be graduate as Mineral Resources Engineer. I am very passionate about this course and I seek for a new job to increase my experience and knowledge. I accomplished my industrial training at IMERYS Minerals Malaysia Sdn. Bhd in October 2020. I have developed a lot of confidence and courage in this industry. During my internship, a lot of skills, experience, knowledge and constructive criticism that I gained from this industry. All of those elements are very vital for me to prepare myself upon graduation. I have learned on how to face my nervous while being questioned with my superior and tolerated with the opinions from the workers in which they work out based on experiences. Industrial training program has taught me about time management. An effective time management allows us to do our task efficiently and meet our schedules. Scheduling avoids time wastage and allows us to plan ahead.
