Job Responsibilities:● Responsible for the overall project management, budget planning & control, progress claim engineering and project scheduling● In control of handling the project execution plan and manpower allocation● Ensure that techniques and reports are developed and managed in accordance to the client’s requirements● Responsible of preparing proposal and presentation material to client● Provide ideas, suggestions and solutions on design and technical issues to other departments whenever needed● Monitor work sheets, weekly progress report and follow up the actions to reduce integrity concerns and timely closures of related action items and report it to client● Responsible for preparing the Variation Order to be presented to client

● Project Management – Allocation of Resource, Material and Scheduling● Responsible for the overall project management, budget planning and control, progress claim and project scheduling● Ensure all works are successfully and safely implemented in conjunction with the relative project estimates and plan● Understand and monitor cost to profit margins● Supervise work progress on site – liaised with clients & main contractor on the work progress, inspections, and coordination at site● Provide ideas, suggestions and solutions regarding design and technical issues to client, main contractors and other sub-contractors either through coordination meeting or in writing reports● Ensure that materials, specifications and equipment installed are developed and managed in accordance to the client’s requirement● Design and propose pipe routing using AutoCAD to client in case of clashing with structure and other routing (piping, ducting, etc)● Attend coordination Meeting on site to present work progress and discuss arising matters during site execution● Liaise with vendors and suppliers on the material specifications● Provide Variation Order (VO) to be presented to client upon completion of scope of work or during site execution whenever additional scopes arises● Provide final As-Built piping drawing upon completion of scope of work● Propose and discussed resolving engineering issues● Carry out work in accordance with sites and company’s Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality Systems
