Responsible for ensuring optimal candidate slate is made available through sourcing, prescreening of the candidate pool, building a talent pipeline and supporting delivery of recruitment process in coordination with the hiring managers in the Talent Acquisition team.The overall objective of this specialist role is to participate in the recruitment initiatives in support of the overall strategy for the CSC business across Kuala Lumpur and Penang includes Anti Money Laundering, Securities Services Operations, Fraud & KYC operations & Treasury and Trade Solutions operations.

• Responsible for supporting business objectives in recruitment through proactively sourcing, screening, and assessing best talents for Technology entity under RHB Bank. • Identifies candidates using variety sourcing techniques in platform channels to find and reach potential candidates in diverse talent pools and build talent pipelines.• Drives recruiting process in a timely and cost effective manner.• Demonstrated proven strategies to provide smooth and positive experience for the hiring managers, recruiters and candidates that align with RHB Core Values.

• Conducted pre-screening activities such as phone screening, call to invite of initial interview for the candidates of Data Star program.• Made arrangement for candidates to be interview and administered the whole process.• Focal point of contact in regards to the enquiries of the process.• Managed onboarding process by communicating directly and prepared the offer letter to the successful candidates.• Identified the necessary documents according to the requirements of the sponsorship body.• Maintain and update personnel information and ensure strict confidentiality is kept at all times.

• Collaborated and liaised with various stakeholders such as schools, universities, independent organizations and key personnel in order to establish long term relationships and expand revenues.• Responsible for administrative tasks which includes clients' data from source documents and manage their account using MINDBODY system.• Part of planning team of marketing events, corporate events and training.• Assist in gym management which its goal of aiding children with special needs and in the spectrum beyond the expectations of doctor and therapist.
