● Legal Drafting and Review: Drafting, reviewing, negotiating and advising on general legal documents i.e. non-disclosure agreements, letter of awards, service agreements, memorandum of understanding, information technology agreements, supply agreements, tenancy agreements, letters and when requested, to stamp the documents.● Project Management Liaison: Liaise and assist with project team, external solicitors and counterparties on project arrangements and project documents e.g. EPCC Contract for a Waste-to-Energy Project, project management consultancy agreement for an Internal Restructuring Exercise, lease and subscription agreement for a Petrol Station Project.● Litigation Management: Attend or initiate any litigation claims as and when received or required as well as becoming the focal point between the project team and external solicitors, reviewing cause papers or filing forms when needed e.g. civil suits or tribunal for homebuyers’ claims.● Solicitor Engagement: Request proposals from external solicitors as and when required on any projects or legal suits and to draft memorandums for the appointment of solicitors to the tender committee/management.● Legal Advisory and Facilitation: Attend board meetings, meetings and discussion with project teams, external solicitors and counterparties as and when required to provide legal opinion or advice on any matters arising or to facilitate the successful completion of any matter.

● Legal Drafting and Review: Reviewed, drafted and provided legal advice/opinion on non-financing documents i.e. non-disclosure agreements, letter of awards, tenancy agreements, service level agreements, letter of undertakings and etc.● Corporate Financing: Liaised with business divisions and external solicitors on reviewing Islamic corporate financing documents i.e. letter of offer, supplemental letter of offer, letter of notification and security documents (e.g. facility agreements, charge, corporate guarantee, debentures and etc.).● Legal Advisory and Litigation Management: Facilitated and provided accurate and timely legal advice to the stakeholders as and when required on legal / non-legal matters and liaise with relevant stakeholders together with external parties on i.e. garnishee proceedings, injunctions & notice of appointment of liquidators / receiver & manager.● Legal Research and Opinion: Researched and provided legal opinions to business divisions on agreements entered into by customer pursuant to corporate financing (e.g. joint venture agreement, sale and purchase agreements, power purchase agreements and etc.).● Legal Procedure Revision and Facilitation: Reviewed the existing and when necessary to formulate new legal policy and procedure and attendance of any meeting/briefing regarding new product, collaboration, arrangement, agreement to be entered to facilitate successful completion of any matter.

● Legal Drafting and Real Estate Transactions: Drafted, prepared documentations, liaised with opposite solicitors and relevant authorities i.e. Inland Revenue Board, Land Registry, Companies Commission of Malaysia all to complete the sale and purchase of sub-sale properties and other conveyancing transactions e.g. perfection of transfer, charge, discharge and deed of receipt and reassignment.● Security Documents Preparation: Liaised with financial institutions for the preparation of financing documentations for both Islamic and conventional mortgage and in essence to advise the facility to be disbursed while ensuring the financial institutions interest are protected.● Corporate and Commercial Contracts: Drafted and/or reviewed corporate and commercial contracts which includes but not limited to trust deed, supplemental trust deed, prospectus for renewal or new applications under the Interest Scheme Act 2016 and subscription agreements for issuance of redeemable preference shares.
