- Monitor infrastructure network quality and Server Resources usingvarious tools (Cacti, Zabbix, Nagios, 3rd party applications such as ServerDensity, Pingdom, etc)- Monitor Customer’s Product including Dedicated server, Virtual Machine,Link Quality as part of the company services (using the same tools asdescribed above)- Setup new monitoring system using internal and 3rd party tools. Ifneeded, creating new shell script and integrate with Zabbix to configure thealerting system- Customize monitoring system using scripts to maximize monitoringcapability and match the customer criteria- Investigate and resolve abuse report related with Wowrack server and Network

- Manage network connection between client <> provider- Maintenance and troubleshooting network problem- Setting up and implement new system requested by client (firewall,vpn tunneling,QOS,etc)- Managing core network and ip implementation - Manage and set up new bgp routing for international upstream and local exchange (OpenIXP and IIX )- Develope new routing exchange system (Interlink Game Xchange)
