General Duties and Responsibilities:- Provide a consultancy, training, audit in the area of quality, Safety, Health, Environmental management system, Contractor Safety Management System, HSE Plan, developing/upgrading management system including integrated management system.- Management inspection body, manufacturer capability assessment.- Function also as business development to market.

General Duties and Responsibilities:- Ensuring implementation of Health Safety & Environment and Quality (HSEQ) management system at the country level including Quality and Safety Meeting, Quality and Safety training including Induction/Orientation, Quality and Safety inspection/audit, Quality and Safety Campaign/promotion, Risk Assessment, Job Hazard Analysis (JHA)/Job safety Analysis (JSA), incident investigation, Key performance Indicator (KPI) Monitoring, management review. To ensure quality in the country’s Synergi Life and EasyRisk Manager databases.- Establishing local HSE instructions to comply with specific local legislations including maintenance legal register- Initiating and monitoring office related HSEQ improvement processes (local HSEQ evaluation, office HSE tours and HSE risk assessments )- Developing country specific environmental operational procedures and taking actions required to ensure implementation of the system, including maintenance of and environmental aspects register- Ensuring that local emergency plans are in place and that emergency drills are carried out- To give information, advice, and full support related to Document Quality System and HSE for preparation tender/bidding proposal and Project Execution : Submission and monitoring Contractor Safety Management System (CSMS), QA/QC Plan, HSE Plan, Other Client Requirements- To monitor and review incident information in Synergi Life for the country under area of responsibility and ensure that appropriate reporting, investigation and follow-up action is taken. - Ensure that proper reporting of accidents to government authorities is carried out in line with local legislation. - Analyze and make correction and corrective action any complaint related implementation of Quality and Safety Management System.-To plan or coordinate and implement periodical inspection and HSE audits and follow up of findings.

General Duties and Responsibilities :- Ensuring that processes and documentation (Manual, Procedure, Working Instruction and Guideline) needed for Quality and HSE management system are established, implemented and maintained- Ensuring the promotion of awareness Integrated management system and client/customer requirement throughout the organization- Planning and monitoring Quality and HSE Management System implementation, including Quality and Safety Meeting, Quality and Safety training including Induction/Orientation, Quality and Safety inspection/audit, Quality and Safety Campaign/promotion, Job Hazard Analysis (JHA)/Job safety Analysis (JSA), Key performance Indicator (KPI) Monitoring.- to give information, advice, and full support related to Document Quality System and HSE for preparation tender/bidding proposal : - Submission Contractor Safety Management System (CSMS) - QA/HSE Plan - Other Client Requirements- Review and Report all HSE Incident and ensure corrective action is completed- Analyze and make correction and corrective action any complaint related implementation of Quality and Safety Management System.- Prepare and performing Internal and External audit - Conduct Inspection and Internal Audit to ensure the system compliance with Standard/Regulation - Report to President Director on the performance Quality and HSE management system and any need for improvement

As QA Staff/Document Controller, I have responsibilty to :- to review documents for adequacy prior to approve and issue, - to review and update as necessary and re-approve documents, - to ensure that changes and the current revision status of documents are identified, - to ensure that relevant versions of applicable documents are available at points of use, - to ensure that documents remain legible and readily identifiable, - to ensure that documents of external origin are identified and their distribution controlled, and to prevent the unintended use of obsolete documents, and to apply suitable identification to them if they are retained for any purpose. - ISO and Internal Auditor Member for ISO 9001:2000 & ISO 14001:1996 - Project Leader for Green Procurement System Certification (Restricted of Hazardous Substances) -To measure of the performance of the quality management system and monitor information relating to customer perception as to whether the organization has met customer requirements- determine, collect and analysis appropriate data to demonstrate the suitability and effectiveness of the quality management system and to evaluate where continual improvement of the effectiveness of the quality management system can be made. This shall include data generated as a result of monitoring and measurement and from other relevant sources.
