- Interacting with customers through various channels such as messaging, phone calls, applications, texts, emails, social media, and web to listen to customer concerns and resolve issues.- Documenting all conversations with customers accurately and ensuring up-to-date data in the system.- Create an average of 30 complaint reports every day to be escalated to the relevant related team.- Make sure follow-up settlement of an average of 20 customer complaints per week according to the applicable SOP by monitoring complaint tickets in the application
