Engineering Manager
Current• Direct and manage Fiber Optic Cable Installation project development from beginning to end.• Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.• Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders.• Engineer and Mange numerous projects simultaneously with in budgetary guidelines.• Write Method of work procedure for client submission and execution of FOC installation & splicing events ensuring minimal or no network impacts.• Apply Limited Access Permit (LAP) under valid Competency Certificate. Execute and complete the work within the time limit.• Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.• Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.• Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.• Track Project milestones and deliverables.• Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals documentation and presentations.
