 Prepare BOQ from specifications and drawings and work break down details and final estimation sheets for submitting tenders for piping and industrial projects.  Directing all construction activities including providing technical inputs for methodologies of construction and coordination with site supervisor. Coordinating with construction activities like fabrication, erection, welding, Painting, NDT and installation of equipments. Attending site meetings and reporting the progress of Engineering drawings, fabrication at shop, areas of concerns, delays or holds in drawings in any to the client Maintaining the record of site diaries-highlighting manpower, plant & equipment details versus the internal day to day targets, fixed details of any delays or any modifications at site. Reviewing contract documents and studying drawings in detail ensuring their clarity and adequacy. Acting as a point of contact, monitor and control the project on day –to-day basis through its period of execution to ensure a safe, efficient, economical and timely completion of project with out compromising of quality. Supervision and review of the time schedule and agreed project mile stones as per the contract and project specification. Monitoring the scope changes and their impact on the overall project cost and reports it to the Contracts Manager. Assist the Contracts Manager and Commercial Department in the tracking of equipment and material cost, engineering services, supervision and construction, sub contract cost and additional overheads
