He was in charge of the launch of an internal organization and was also responsible for system due diligence for the M&A of an educational produt company. And at Recruit Holdings, Inc., He was in charge of the design and transition phase of the DX strategy for information systems.Shinpei is currently working with several clients as an independent agile coach, project manager, and engineering manager.
