Acting Manger Position held from August 2014 to October 2014.

1. Manage exisiting accounts2. Project manage product development projects for exisiting and new clients.3. Co-ordinate projects4. indentify new viable product opportunities and ideas for clients.5. Ensure contribution targets are achieved per client and overall portfolio.

• Control and monitoring the document control program (QMH, SMF, DMR, DML)• Daily visits to production areas.• Performance of IPC.• Performance of line opening/closure• Follow up on NCR/CAPA• Follow up on Change control issues• Follow up on Internal/External Audits.• Assist with promotion on quality awareness to operators.• Feedback to managers on SOP status (currency).• Report weekly and monthly figures and trends.• Typing updates on improved documents.• Assessment of Production/QC documents.• Assisting with qualification/validation activities.• Ensure that the Quality Management Handbook is reviewed and updated – Annually/when necessary.• Maintenance of registers (CAPA, NCR, DEVIATIONS, INTERNAL AUDITS, DOCUMENT CONTROL, CHANGE CONTROL, CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS,ETC)• Complying with company rules, GMP• Assist with training and quality talks. Other Duties and Responsibilities: • Final inspection of shippers before dispatch• Assist QC with environmental control• Assist with control of retention room• Assist with clean room supervision• Reception duties Responsibility in terms of Safety and Quality: • Promote adherence to safety (Safety Representative QA/QC, Appointed First Aider)• Promote adherence to quality programs.  Work Environment: • Continuously monitor and improve the working environment.• Maintain good relations with fellow workers.
