- Ensures that requests for assistance are properly logged, assigned and responded to in a timely manner and according to agreed standards and procedures.- Network administration and configuration for network infrastructure.- Creation and maintenance of stable network environment.- Training and Motivating NOC Staff with support of Operations Director.- Provide 24x7 escalation support of network infrastructure for 1st line support team.- Provide leadership, technical expertise and management to 1st line support team.- Develop, implement and maintain documentation enforcing 1st line support policies and procedures.- Ensure 1st line noc team adhere to meet SLA- Configures and deploys network environments in accordance with the agreed standard configuration to authorised users.
