• Implementing (Staging, Installation) and maintaining a system for customer's technologies e.g DDI(DHCP, DNS, IPAM), NMS, and Virtualization.• Supporting systems and services provided to Telco customers such as Telkom, Indosat, Telkomsel, and Government in Indonesia.• Do the Acceptance Test Procedure for the newly implemented system.• Periodically conduct Preventive Maintenance onsite or remotely for customers related.• Create MoP (Methode of Procedure) for Incident and Service Request.• Proof of Concept (POC) Lab

Maintain machine reliable and safe manufacturing systems while maintaining and improving production rates, efficiencies, yields, costs and changeover.Liaise and communicate with different departments regarding the processes quality, technical issue, model transfer and NPI.To lead the team to improve the quality.Ensure projects are completed on time.Investigate operational problems affecting production and advice for solutions.Responding immediately to equipment, machine and system breakdown.Perform trouble-shoot of functionality failure boards and root causes analysis while advise for countermeasure.
