1. Involve in new production line setup. Preparing Work Instruction and Checklist for production. Lead in preparing control plan, PFMEA, FMEA, APQP and PPAP. 2. Involve in IATF audit to fulfill criteria for our battery in the automotive industry.3. Lead in team scrap reduction for process assembly battery, making electrode process (negative & positive electrode) and charging battery process. Increasing yield performance from 70% to 99% yield.3. Engage with manufacturing technology/research and development team to optimize battery performance and battery making process. Working with NiMH battery expertise consultant to bring down the scrap and increase battery quality and performance. Study and specify the best viscosity specification and machine temeperature setting for negative electrode making process.4. Improved existing process control and setting the machine parameter to optimize the output and quality of product.5. Working with engineering team to improve existing machine design for better mechanism and to ease operator on doing daily work.6. Monitoring daily output and reject. Find the root cause of failure product and make the improvement to eliminate or reduce the number of failure product. Made a report to distribute to other cross functional team for their reference.7. Lead in production daily planning for process electrode making to reduce scrap and maximize the output. Also need to train operator so that they are doing daily task follow the Work Instruction given and can aware about the quality of the products.

1. Designed and developed new parts of forming glass machine according to customer request.2. Ensure assembly line follow can run smooth with minimal downtime.3. Reducing cost and simplified assembly method of the machine combining special request and standard model part into one standard. 4. Simplified and added adjustable function for conveyor on forming glass machine. New design satisfy all customer cause it solve the problem they face during adjustment.

1. Analyzed and design process for new product. Plan master schedule, new tooling/equipment for new product. Made 3D modeling and drawing for improvement part.2. Setting up process and trial run. Liaise with other department to buy off new production line.3. Evaluated current process issue and made a improvement using Kaizen.4. Prepared, compiled and present progress project and proposed recommendation for improvement.5. Employ problem solving methodology (6 Sixma, TPM, Safety, 5S, ISO 14001 and ISO 9001).
