Working with engineering team to improve existing machine design for better mechanism and to ease operator on doing daily work.6. Monitoring daily output and reject. Find the root cause of failure product and make the improvement to eliminate or reduce the number of failure product. Made a report to distribute to other cross functional team for their reference.7. Lead in production daily planning for process electrode making to reduce scrap and maximize the output. Also need to train operator so that they are doing daily task follow the Work Instruction given and can aware about the quality of the products.
