Well perceived of plants’ layout (dimension, specification, parameter) in order to collaborate with suppliers to obtain appropriate auto stacking machine design to achieve high level of customer satisfaction.2. In charge of the layout planning for auto stacking machine allocation in a new plant to ensure optimum manufacturing process flow.3. Plan and supervise the maintenance schedule of the important plants’ facilities (air compressor, etc.) for optimum utilization of machines and equipment at minimum downtime.4. Implement new project/study and perform continuous improvement on the existing machines/process to improve work efficiency, fully utilizing current manpower headcount and reduce operation cost.
