I hired employees and supervised fundraising and engineering staff and a volunteer programming committee. I managed significant programming changes and turned around a budget deficit and declining fundraising to bring the station to prosperity and cooperation in the early 90's. I left this job to become Station Manager of WORT, Madison.

Managed satellite download schedule; recorded, edited, and produced interviews for airplay; trained volunteer program hosts in engineering and on-air skills [including Ed Love]; produced and hosted two night time programs of experimental and rock music. [I broke artists such as the Beastie Boys and Butthole Surfers, and interviewed many, many performers including Jorma Kaukonen, Grandmaster Flash, Husker Du, Meat Puppets, Nina Hagen and more.
