I also presented detailed documents to the Ministries regarding their end user community in order that they and SPAN BC (network operations) could upgrade the network as needed and as funding allowed. I was instrumental in improving end user satisfaction ratings by listening, suggesting new network solutions, obtaining funding and negotiating improved installation time frames. This was very important to the Ministries as they wanted to prove the project’s value to all concerned.I left the project when approached by a recruiting firm to work in the Silicon Valley. I was re-hired immediately upon my return 4 years later by the Project Manager.
