Sybil is a homegrown Tampa Bay native. Born of a Nicaraguan (Central American) mother and an Alabama bred native father who proudly served in the U.S. Army during WWII. Sybil has seen this city grow from the humble beginnings of the Ybor City District to the famous Don Cesar of St. Petersburg. Sybil attended Hillsborough County Public Schools and went on to Tampa Metropolitan College. Sybil also attended the University of Florida, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration ranking summa cum laude. After graduation, Sybil began a career in the Telecommunications arena with an emphasis in Operations Management. After 34-years of Customer Service, Sybil retired and decided to try her hand at a Real Estate. It was this passion, that began Sybil’s investor experience of locating distressed, off-market properties, managing rehab projects from start to finish, on budget and marketing the properties to achieve quick closings and high ROI. Sybil loves spending time her family and traveling to and experiencing undiscovered places and different cultures.
