Has served as a lead on several Whitehouse,OMB, and Presidential Management Agenda concerns.1) Established the Department's Computer Incident Response Team and integrated it with DOC's 12 bureaus and 12 CIOs2) Engineered the enterprise wide first of its kind IDS/IPS infrastructure using a wide base of technologies from 2002-2006.3) Implemented a tri-modal vulnerability management capability using a variety of tools including Nessus, Qualys, Harris, and other platforms.4) Integrated E3 as an early adopter in 2004. One of the first enterprise government Encase deployments in government.5) Oversaw FISMA , GISRA, A-130, and other governance for the CIRT.
