About Sydel Morris
I am seeking a position within an organization that truly advocates for the children it serves and is constantly looking for better ways to meet their needs. I enjoy mentoring teachers and creating professional development based on the needs of the school.During my 16 year career in education, I have worked as a resource teacher at Valley High School, Special Education department head in a lock-down residential facility, Assistant Education Director at an all-girls treatment center, and Principal at a day treatment, and the Academic Director at a private boarding school. I have enjoyed working in each of these positions and learned a tremendous amount about building programs, marketing and mentoring. Each school has provided me with opportunities to develop my skills as an educator and teacher mentor, and I am excited to continue working in education.Please feel free to contact me if you know of an opportunity that you think might be a good match for my skills.
