Sydney has been an integral member of the Purpose, Culture and Strategy and People, Practice and Wellbeing teams at Reos Partners Europe since she came onboard in 2019. She successfully overseen the Europe team's annual learning and performance goal-setting process, implemented 360 Feedback into the annual review cycle, developed a 12-month mentorship program and hosts the weekly check-in calls and leads the design and facilitation of quarterly team meetings and annual team retreats.Sydney has also contributed significantly to global learning and development at Reos Partners. She has organized and hosted 20+ Learning Calls for the Global Reos system and co-designed and delivered a 12-module online course, "How to Reos," to help new hires acclimate to Reos Partners.A highlight of her efforts has been driving the multi-year Racial Literacy internal learning process for the Reos Europe team. Sydney has engaged in White Work affinity groups at the Europe and Global level, and represented the Europe team on the Global Racial Equity Task Team helping to craft a shared commitment and principals for Racial Equity at Reos Partners.In early 2024, Sydney became the Culture and Learning Lead at Reos Partners Europe, where she sits at the nexus of the two teams mentioned above. In this role, she has revitalized and codified the onboarding process, successfully onboarding eight new hires this spring. Additionally, Sydney co-designed and facilitated the annual Team Retreat focused on capacity development alongside the Director. She looks forward to continuing her support for the dispersed Reos Europe team in this leadership role.

Sydney documented and created visuals for reporting on processes and trainings, enhancing both internal and external learning and capacity. She played a key role in supporting the organization's transition to online work during the pandemic, providing technical support for high-level convenings and leadership meetings held virtually.Additionally, Sydney supported internal team culture, learning, and performance through knowledge management tasks, assistance with the annual review process, and co-designing and delivering the Europe core team meeting in January 2020.

Learning at Kaospilot is dynamic, moving beyond traditional classroom lectures and generalized case studies. The program involves actual projects rooted in real-world challenges, ensuring students gain both theoretical knowledge and invaluable hands-on experience, better preparing them for diverse roles in their careers.Throughout the 3-year program, Sydney worked independently and collaboratively as a Process Consultant, designing and delivering processes for groups of 20+ people. Her focus areas included organizational strategy and learning, team culture and alignment, brand communication, and event design and delivery. Her project and exam experiences afforded her the opportunity to work with clients such as with SRF, Institut Zukunft (now Instrinsic), ArboLife, Down Syndrome International (UK), Inclusion Europe, a restaurant group in Bern, insieme Schweiz, and Reos Partners.
