I am a hardworking professional with over five years of experience and proven knowledge of back office operations, executive support, and customer service. With a BA in Theatre from Christopher Newport University, I have demonstrated skills in grant writing, public relations, and arts administration. I am aiming to leverage my abilities to explore new creative opportunities.In my current role I have designed and streamlined departmental forms (Excel), fostering efficient data entry and retrieval. I maintain the conference calendar and register and book all travel and conferences for the Executive team. Additionally, I work with the Office Manager to maintain the office files and process all incoming paid invoices.Previously, in my role at Priscilla Beach Theatre, I demonstrated the ability to manage multiple tasks while remaining adaptable and flexible. I successfully coordinated the activities of directors, technicians and other cast and crew members throughout the production process without conflict. Together with other staff members we established the pace of programs and sequences of scenes according to time requirements and cast and set accessibility.
