As a transparent, purpose-driven communication company, Crossroads exists to help brands discover their purpose, determine the most creative ways to authentically communicate their story and proactively protect their reputation. As an Ambassador, I am apart of the recruiting division for Northwest. I give personalized tours, group tours and aid in visit days. This position has helped me interact with all different types of people and aided in my costumer service skills. On school visits, not every family wants to see the same thing so listening to their needs and being able to.

- Organize preregistration for incoming students- Assist faculty in advisement for students - Answer questions with full confidence regarding issues that students/parents might have- Creating spreadsheets with varying data

- Help new freshman with becoming acclimated with the University which entails promoting a positive experience and answering any questions they might have - Working well alongside a faculty member - Conducting team building activities to promote a fun, safe environment - Led discussions and gave feedback regarding their work in the class- Sharing success.

This opportunity has been so fulfilling and I am learning more as each day goes on. I am in charge of coordinating events, marketing those particular events and marketing for all of Maryville Parks and Recreation. Responsibilities:- Crafted press release's for our events- Built relationships with the media outlets- Created PR plans for our special events.
