I’m Sydnee, an adaptable and team-oriented professional with a background in program management in higher education and non-profit contexts. My journey has allowed me to gain a wide variety of skills, a growth mindset, and a passion for contributing to positive change.Some highlights from my career include:• Co-founding the Center for Expanding Leadership & Opportunity, a non-profit organization dedicated to creating opportunity ecosystems of evidence-based tools, learning experiences, and practices that exponentially increase access, optimize program quality, and accelerate impact for every young person.• Co-creating a year-long fellowship experience for over 90 researchers, practitioners, and youth from across the United States on how to improve access, quality, and resourcing of youth programs nationally. • Developing and implementing diversity, equity, and inclusion workshops and trainings for over 1,000 people in higher education settings.My key skills include: Leadership Development, Curriculum Development, (Text-Based and Group) Dialogue Facilitation, DEIB Strategy Planning and Implementation, and Higher Education and Non-Profit Program Management.I look forward to connecting, and building a community with you all!
