Our team partners with 25 towns, cities, states, and non-profits to implement and manage benchmarking and building performance standard (BPS) policies to achieve meaningful emissions reductions from the built environment. We manage a portfolio of over 50,000 buildings representing 6 billion square feet in the Building Energy Analysis Manager (BEAM) software platform.
