General duties include creating and posting open positions within the office, interviewing, and using indeed to post jobs and be in contact with prospective candidates. I am the liaison between the doctor and candidates. Other duties include intercepting patients in the front office, coordinating with other offices and mutual patients for appointments and correspondence, collecting payments, insurance verification, and scheduling appointments for doctors and hygienists.
