Lead the Closing, Funding, and Post Closing Departments consisting of 3 Managers, 4 Supervisors, and 33 employees. These departments were responsible for closing and average of 400 Reverse Mortgage loans per month, monitoring 3 warehouse lines, funding/purchasing an average of 700 loans per month and indemnify all loans will be HUD insured and Final Certified. Channels of business include Retail, Wholesale, and Correspondent.-Establish Vendor Relations and assist Legal Department in reviewing business contracts.-Work closely with vendors including Core Logic, Texas Capital Bank, Customers Bank, Wells Fargo, Deutsche Bank, United Bank, MERS, HERMIT, Iron Mountain, and Mortgage Cadence-Train employees on any updates to Vendor Changes in technology and processes-Assist Legal/Compliance Department in state audits by creating and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures and providing documentation specific to audit requests.-Assist Accounting Department with reconciliation of loan disbursements to Settlement Agents and loan data to HERMIT and GNMA. Responsible for monitoring the GNMA Discrepancy Report on a monthly basis-Maintain electronic records and hard files for all closed loans, both on-sight and at an off-sight facility-Developed and Maintained Processes and Procedures in IBM's Blue Works software for all aspects of Closing, Funding, and Post Closing operations.-Developed Settlement Agent vetting process for local and national title companies based on warehouse bank requirements.
