•Update and input practice and workout schedules into ARMS• Submit CARA logs for approval.• Work with SID to promote the program and all facets of the program (Alumni Events, Camps, Fall Practice, In-Season, ETC.)• Lead person on the road for all travel and food. Maintain contact with other teams DOBO or Student Managers, Hotel, Bus, Food. Help secure practice sites and times. Secure per diem cards, pass list, etc• Keep records of all expenses.• Supervise and oversee student manager hiring, duties. •Oversee practice and game day setup and tear down.• Assist coaches with recruiting visits if need be and set up and tear down. • Set up food and hotel for official visits.• Coordinate special events such as Scout Day, Golf Outing, Alumni weekend, First Pitch Dinner. Handle registration, RSVP, Food/Drink, set up and tear down. Serve as point of contact.• Responsible for adhering to all department and university policy and procedures, as well as rules, regulations, bylaws, and interpretations of the MAC Conference and NCAA.• Other Duties as Assigned.
